From the moment your Clients enter, they will feel confident that you are a part of a truly Professional company!

Upon entering the Lobby your clients will be presented with a power point presentation on our 50" Plasma Screen, that will be showing all of our active listings (including your sellers). If its cool outside we'll have the fireplace burning to take the chill off. 

                                                                                            Our Reception area is both gracious and inviting with all of the systems and support tools within easy access to your support staff. After greeting your clients and with your direction we will invite your clients to wait in one of three conference rooms, or relax in front of the Fireplace and video screen while they wait for you.

Having two Resource Rooms, we are able to provide a total of seven on-line terminals plus a Fax to E-mail system (which eliminates the deteriaton of the legibility of our Faxes as they are converted to E-mail), in addition we have two standard copiers plus a third that is networked to all the computers,(it scans and E-mails and allows you to print and copy directly from your computer) which of course saves you even more time!  And naturally we have an on-site Color Printing System.

 Our associates' personnal offices are 2 person to 4 person with doors to provide a private area for you to have confidential conversations. Each desk is wired so you can plug in your own computer and be on-line at your convienence.
